We are looking for candidates who focus on our joint endeavors.
We are looking for seasoned Investment Professionals with at least three years of experience in Private Equity, and / or previous experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or in a corporate M&A function.
At EMH Partners, we prioritize continuous development – both for the individual and for the company. Our Investment Professionals work in small teams and quickly take on more responsibility, as they gain experience. Our aim is to develop Investment Professionals into Directors – with the opportunity to become Partners.
Everyone withing the organization contributes to EMH’s core values and it’s mission, to build long-term value alongside entrepreneurs and management teams.
Our operational functions, such as Assistants, Communications, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal, work with a ambitious and experienced experts. Outstanding performance in the respective discipline, and a strong sense of team spirit are our main focus when adding new team members.
The minimum duration for an internship at EMH Partners is 3 months, for a working student position 6 months.
Responsibilities include proactively assisting Investment Professionals with transactions, due diligence reviews and preparation of investment documentation, as well as analysis of new investment opportunities, preparation of company valuations, financial models and information memoranda.
