At this year’s DLD Conference, EMH Partners was delighted to host the panel “Medtech Champions Made in Germany” – Bringing together Medtech enthusiasts, leading founders and entrepreneurs that use the digital edge to improve patient care for the good.
As founder and Chairman of the Board at Brainlab, Stefan Vilsmeier created a digital medical technology pioneer 35 years ago. Prof. Torsten Haferlach set a milestone in patient-centered leukemia diagnostics 20 years ago with MLL Münchner Leukämielabor.
Stefan and Torsten spearheaded AI, pivoted software-based procedures and elaborated on the importance of data. All driven by the idea of serving patients in the best possible way.
Together with Dr. Klaus Kleinfeld, entrepreneur, investor, and Senior Advisor to EMH, and Sebastian Kuss, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at EMH Partners, both talked about entrepreneurial resilience and “Made in Germany” as a force of innovation.
