Munich, 11 March 2021 – EMH Partners, Munich, an owner-led investment firm by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs reinforces the investment team and appoints a number of team members to senior positions in the company.
Effective 1 January 2021, Nicolas Höhne has been appointed Senior Associate, Philipp Krispin Senior Investment Manager and Andreas Flachowsky Senior Vice President Finance & Controlling.
Since 1 January 2021, Daniel Hübner and Markus Lipp and since 1 October 2020, Dr. Moritz Paulus have joined the investment team as Senior Investment Managers. In addition, Jens Zuber will join EMH Partners’ 18-head strong investment team as Principal as of 1 April 2021.
Most recently, Jens Zuber spent 9 years at EQT Partners in Munich as Managing Director and global Deputy-Head TMT. He started his career at Bayer Group in Controlling and subsequently joined Royal Bank of Scotland in Frankfurt. Zuber holds a degree in business administration from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and studied at Groupe ESC in Dijon (France) and California State University in Fresno (USA).
Daniel Hübner was most recently an investment manager at Tempus Capital in Frankfurt. He started his career at the management and technology consulting firm BearingPoint and subsequently joined POLO Motorrad und Sportswear. Hübner holds degrees from the European Business School (B.Sc.) and the SDA Bocconi School of Management (MBA).
Dr. Moritz Paulus was prior to EMH Partners Director at Armira Beteiligungen in Munich. Paulus began his career as a project manager at Boston Consulting Group and subsequently held a management position at Amazon in the e-commerce business. Paulus holds a degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and a doctorate from the University of Cologne.
Prior to EMH, Markus Lipp was an investment manager first at ADCURAM Group and most recently at NORD Holding. Prior, Lipp was a management consultant at PWC and Helbling Business Advisors. Lipp holds degrees from the Technical University of Munich and Tsinghua University in Beijing (Executive MBA and CEPA) as well as from Heidelberg University of Applied Sciences (Diplom Betriebswirt) and studied Political Science and Economics at Georgetown University in Washington D.C.
