The Location-First solutions are designed to enable locations to serve as interfaces for digital interaction and to focus on the brand experience.
Liganova works for global premium brands and offers end-to-end solutions – from strategy consulting, design & production to worldwide implementation and digitalization. EMH Partners has been supporting Liganova since its investment in 2019.

Liganova was founded in 1995 by Vincent Bodo Andrin in Stuttgart. First international live communication projects were implemented for companies such as Hugo Boss or Red Bull. Even back then, clients appreciate Liganova under the leadership of its young founder for its sense of “Zeitgeist” and love of detail.
In 2003, Liganova took over the design, production and logistics for worldwide window campaigns for Hugo Boss. With Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Triumph, Porsche Design and Mercedes, other well-known and large customers followed. At the beginning of 2009 Liganova opened its full-service production and logistics unit Ligaproduction with over 12,000 sqm and thus verticalises its own value chain.
Vincent Bodo Andrin has built up the company over two decades as a visionary founder and consistently focused on software-supported tools in the field of brand marketing. He focused on the development of his own software and data analysis tools that help to increase both conversion and retention of customers and drive the digitalization of physical spaces. With the founding of Ligadigital in 2014, he also laid the entrepreneurial foundation for this.
In 2015, Dr. Marc Schumacher joined Liganova as Managing Director with responsibility for the operative customer business of Liganova and continuously driving it forward.
Liganova grows rapidly, established further specialized subsidiaries in recent years, such as LIGA2037, a strategy consultancy focusing on the transformation of urban, commercial spaces, and develops into one of the leading service providers in the field of brand & retail marketing.
The international team now comprises more than 400 experts in Stuttgart, Berlin, Amsterdam and San Francisco.
