Maximilian and Sebastian Kuss initially established EMH as their family office before launching EMH Partners in 2015. After successfully building and selling their own technology companies, they transformed their entrepreneurial experience into a long-term investment approach. As first-generation entrepreneurs, they partner with owner-led Mittelstand companies, combining capital with operational insight.
