Heidi Janda

Heidi Janda is Managing Director Talent & Organizational Performance at EMH. Prior to joining EMH, Heidi worked for Bain & Company as Vice President, Bain Executive Network where she provided talent advisory to client organizations and coaching support for senior executives.

Prior to joining EMH, Heidi worked for Bain & Company as Vice President, Bain Executive Network where she provided talent advisory to client organizations and coaching support for senior executives. Before joining Bain, she spent 7 years in Executive Search at Egon Zehnder and Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to moving into professional services, Heidi was Managing Director at General Electric.
She started her career as a lawyer in international acquisition, leveraged and structured finance, working for HypoVereinsbank, among others.

Heidi holds a Master in Law from Ludwigs-Maximilians-University Munich and is a registered attorney. She is also a trained systemic coach and certified for Hogan Assessments.
