Jonas Bayer is an Associate at EMH Partners.
Prior to joining EMH, Jonas was an Investment Banking Associate at Carlsquare in London, focusing on industrial technology, consumer technology and deep tech. Before that, he worked at Deutsche Bank, Crossgate and DWS.
Jonas holds a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Mergers & Acquisitions (LL.M.) from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, following a dual Bachelor’s degree with Deutsche Bank.
