Nicole is Director Human Resources at EMH.
Prior to joining EMH, she worked as head of HR Continental Europe with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she was accountable for talent management and legal staff recruiting.
Nicole started her career at McKinsey & Company where she focused on employer branding and recruitment.
Nicole holds a diploma in Business Administration from University of Passau and has studied at the Université des Sciences Sociales Toulouse.
