In 2022, funds advised by EMH Partners invested in Acrolinx, a pioneer in enterprise content governance software, to support the company’s international expansion and continued product development.
During EMH Partners’ ownership, the company has further evolved its technology platform to address the growing importance of governance for AI-generated content. As part of this strategic evolution, the company introduced its next-generation AI-native platform under the brand Markup AI in 2025.
Markup AI was born out of the incredible research and technology from Acrolinx, bringing forward a new approach to content governance for AI and human generated content.
Today, Markup AI enables enterprises to safeguard brand voice, quality, and regulatory compliance across both human-written and AI-generated content.
