Xi Luo is the Vice President AI & Data at EMH Partners.
Prior to joining EMH, Xi served as Head of Software Development at Puls GmbH in Munich, where he built and led international development teams across Munich and Suzhou, China. In this role, he drove the company’s digital transformation initiatives and successfully introduced AI-driven solutions into business processes.
Xi began his career as a software developer, delivering enterprise-scale projects for leading industrial clients including Siemens and BMW. He combines deep technical expertise with strategic execution experience, supporting value creation through technology and data-driven innovation.
